This series of Yoga Wall Intensives can help you to build strength and improve your range of motion. Using the yoga wall and other props, you will learn to target, isolate, stretch and strengthen the muscles that will help you move into a deeper range of flexibility with relative ease.
This series will focus on : Foundations: Join Mike to learn the ins and outs of how to use the yoga wall, safety and structure of a wall class. Practice wall standing poses,forward bends, backbends, twists and savanna.
