This is an intermediate level “yoga wall” workshop designed to help expand inner awareness of the muscular connections and postural alignments needed for back bends and inversions.
In this workshop you will learn how to isolate and engage specific muscles and muscle groups needed to build strength in these postures. By working at this level, you will be able to develop a deeper awareness of the energetic direction of each posture and how to maintain longer holding periods with relative ease.
The level of instruction in this workshop is directed toward students with an intermediate practice. It is recommended that participants have at least 18 months of practice or have taken the Introductory Level Yoga Wall Workshop.
This workshop is NOT recommended for students who have issues with blood pressure, eye pressure or lower back issues.
