Join Jennifer Buckman for a workshop specifically designed for golfers. You will learn exercises to develop focus, core strength, trunk rotation, shoulder opening, and expanding your swing.
This workshop will target the muscles used when we play golf and will leave you with a better understanding of how to increase strength, flexibility and avoid injury this summer as you hit the links. Golfers of all levels are welcome, previous experience with yoga is not necessary.
Please bring one club with you to the workshop.
