This series of Yoga Wall Intensives can help you to build strength and improve your range of motion. Using the yoga wall and other props, you will learn to target, isolate, stretch and strengthen the muscles that will help you move into a deeper range of flexibility with relative ease.
This series will focus on : Opening your back body with the use of the wall. Break down of standing postures and forward bends to open the hamstrings and hips.
