Sun Salutations are a key part of the vinyasa practice. They help steady your breath, build heat in your body and create focus of mind.
This workshop will focus on correct alignment for the “vinyasa” including how to keep your shoulder safe and healthy thru chutarunga, the exact breath count and dristi of the flow and how the bandhas work with the breath to help you jump forward and back. This 90 min tune up will take your practice to a new level of understanding and independence.
