Join Megan to find beautiful balance between sthira (strong steadiness) and sukha (joyful ease). An active asana practice prepares the body for stillness by burning away impurities. Then, sumptuous restorative postures calm the nervous system. The workshop ends with a kriya meditation to lead the consciousness back to samadhi, our source of unbound potential and the true state of yoga.
Originally designed by Yogiraj Sarah Platt-Finger, this workshop is especially suitable for the Type A student who struggles with finding stillness.
