The leaves are falling and it is time to turn inward and deepen our roots, restore our resolve and listen to our dreams. Forward bends and meditation follow the autumn season and are a perfect way to turn inward and know ourselves more completely. Come join us for this journey toward your center by learning how to listen to the language of your body and breath through the harnessing of your mind. Afterward Colleen will share with you a reading from her new book and tell you the way that yoga sequences are tailored to the stories of her life.
A signing of books by Colleen will follow. We will be providing food from The Stand and Chair massages ($10 for 15 min) while you wait for your chance to meet and speak with Colleen.
Workshop is from 6-8pm Book signing from 8-9:30pm.
