    There are actually 2 styles of laziness - the garden variety couch potato and the fill up every corner of your life type. Meditation can help you find the middle way. Learn how to rest with awareness and act peacefully.

     

    Includes talk, discussion, meditation instruction and practice.

     

    CAN BE TAKEN SEPARATELY OR APART OF THE 300 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING.
