The inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial yet intimidating of the asanas. Once the fear is defeated, the innumerable benefits of inversions can begin to do their magic. Inversions are empowering poses that teach us courage, playfulness and self-confidence through practice.
This fun and energizing workshop will break down various inversions into easily accessible stages. Alignment, proper foundation, and the basic principles of going upside down will all be covered in detail.
This workshop is recommended for students who have been practicing for at least 1 year.
