Join Gina Norman for an Introduction to Thai Yoga! Thai Yoga is a dynamic form of bodywork that combines assisted stretching, accupressure, asana (yoga poses), joint mobilization and meditation. Thai Yoga increases flexibility, releases stress and tension, restores vital energy, and aids in blood and lymph flow, boosting the immune system.
In this workshop, you will learn:

Relationship to ayurvedic medicine
