Explore every lovable layer of your being, from the palpable (your physical body) to the subtle (your spirit) through a three-part practice. Gentle asana invites space into the breath and body. A restorative sound bath uses supported postures and sound vibration to calm the nervous system and clear the mind. Finally, a guided yoga nidra meditation encourages release in the unconscious, clearing the way for loads of love. Open to everyone who could use a two-hour vacation.
Megan Young offers a safe space for yogis of all levels to discover their own completeness. Her classes are lighthearted explorations of fierce gentleness, using the tools of asana, pranayama and meditation. Megan is grateful to share the wisdom of ISHTA Yoga, the lineage from which she received her teaching certifications.
