Spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or in the car? Or maybe you have an intense practice of running, hot yoga and lifting? The truth is, sometimes we all need to slow the pace a little and stretch more deeply into our muscles and connective tissues. In this workshop we will begin with a bit of vinyasa yoga to warm up and then move into a meditative slow-flow of poses to increase range of motion in your joints. Some long holds in seated and prone poses will be peppered into the practice to release tension and tightness more completely from your body. Come explore the beauty of movement and stillness and relax to new depths. All levels are welcome, modifications and support given when needed.
